Such nice people
Karla and Nick were great. Might need to try to get them recruited to my business.

Subway is a restaurant where customers can expect varying experiences. On a good day, guests can encounter exceptional customer service, like the polite and respectful service provided by Sosa, who welcomes and attends to customers with a host-like personality. However, on busy days, especially during inspections, the service can be slow and nerve-wracking. Some customers have experienced issues with their orders, such as missing ingredients like avocado, which is a paid extra. Despite these inconsistencies, the regular employees are generally nice and friendly. Overall, Subway aims to provide uncompromising quality, but some improvements are needed to ensure consistency in their service.
