“I called this Jersey Mike's last minute to help with a party I was having. I literally forgot to order food, and only had about an hour to spare. These guys jumped right on it and the box was ready in about a half hour. I was so rushed when I picked up the box that I forgot to pick up the chips and drinks. When he realized my mistake, the general manager personally delivered the chips and drinks to the party, which was pretty far way. You just don't get service like that anymore. I really appreciated it.“

This gentleman was extremely polite cared about my experience and my sandwiches. Very respectful and had a host style personality which is hard to find out there these days. Make sure he is made aware of his exceptional customer service care he provided to me and my partner today. By the way we ate in store and he served all guests who came in exactly the same and welcomed them in as they arrived and while busy on the current task at hand.I trained employees in customer service at my fine dining restaurant in San Diego and we were a Silver Medalion seafood restaurant located on the Bay front. “The ladies here are wonderful! They keep everyone smiling and laughing even after their sandwiches are made. They engaged with my son more than a few times and made him feel comfortable enough to want to keep talking. I noticed that the ladies were like that with everyone who came in. I hope they continue to be that welcoming. My daughter ended up leaving her purse but didn’t really have anything stating how to get it back to her if lost and one of the ladies ended up calling AAA and having AAA get ahold of us so that my daughter was able to get her purse back. They were on it, I mean I walked in my door 5 minutes before and already had a phone call stating that the ladies would keep it there until we got back.
