About Carl's Jr

Carl's Jr. offers a generally positive experience with friendly service and good food. Customers appreciate the staff’s helpfulness, especially during busy or technical issues. For example, one employee named Alfred remained calm and polite when the system was down, offering a workaround and a small discount, which impressed a customer who owns a business. The drive-thru staff are often praised for their kindness and helpfulness, with one customer noting that the pickup window staff deserved five stars. The restaurant’s specials, such as the three for me menu, provide good value, including items like burger, fries, a drink, and a choice of salad, soup, or salsa. Some customers have enjoyed their meals, like the smash burger and French toast sticks, which are described as crispy and delicious. However, there are occasional frustrations, such as running out of barbecue sauce without a sign and dissatisfaction with AI taking orders through the drive-thru, which some find less friendly. Overall, the staff’s patience and effort, along with tasty food and good deals, make Carl's Jr. a place where customers often leave satisfied.
