I used to love your food and made a point to treat myself whenever I’m near one. But the last 2 times I’ve been to different locations while traveling (I actually searched hotels with a nearby chick fil a), the chicken was so tiny I thought I got a mistake piece the first time. Hey guys. Big Chick-fil-A fans here, so this one hurt a little. We waited while our food was being made, but everything came out cold. Cold fries, cold sandwiches, and drinks that were basically iced water. Even the side of pickles was only two, and the requested mayo was missing.
Tried calling to report it, but we’re still waiting to talk to a manager… and we’re still waiting…
