“I love this baskin Robbins. They are very friendly and love that they have more than one non dairy option. we purchased an ice cream cake and asked an associate to put happy Mother’s Day for us. Clea did an incredible job and made it super cute.If you download the app you will get a free scoop of ice cream and also get some discounts. We saw a bogo (buy one get one free) creature creation and we decide to give it a try. We saved $5.00. Cleo decorated our creatures and again did an great job :). We also used our free scoop of ice cream and got the strawberry dragonfruit. That saved us a few more bucks and got to try a new flavor. You get a free scoop when you download the app. The scoop was a pretty nice size. The mixed berry smoothly was delicious. Don’t forget to leave a review and save $1.00 for future visits. Excited to try the ice cream cake. Highly recommend.“

“Fantastic customer service....I'm utterly confused as to where these low scores stating bad customer service are coming from...every time I come in, they workers are friendly and polite. "Jessica" sounds like a former employee that is just bitter, or possibly a customer that felt they were owed special treatment after being insanely rude. Stop looking down on those that serve you're they're beneath you...they aren't! I visit this location frequently and they owners are nothing but respectful, even to those unruly customers that don't deserve it.Great food, fair prices...people will be mean and unreasonable towards small family owned businesses but continue to support large corporations all day...baffling.This business definitely deserves your support!“

“They're good, my daughter's love going there. The only complaint I have is that when I ordered Bionicos they handed them to me without any toppings. I asked if I can add toppings and they asked what I'd like so I started telling the lady and she said I was only allowed to get one topping. I was confused because aren't Bionicos supposed to come with all the toppings already??“

“I stopped because I saw he had a REAL coffee machine behind the counter, not the usual push button Starbucks BS. Coffee was amazing and conversation was enlightening. Of all the 1-star reviews I've seen here because of his attitude, all I can say is you probably deserved what you got. I'll be back repeatedly to help offset the entitled whiners posting comments.“
