“I want to sincerely apologize to the incredible staff at Jamba Juice on 5/15/25. I had a bit of a “mommy moment” — one of those days where stress and emotion get the better of you — and unfortunately, it spilled over during my visit.
To the team: thank you for handling the situation with patience, professionalism, and kindness. You did absolutely nothing wrong, and your calm, respectful approach meant more than you know. I truly appreciate the way you kept things positive and supportive, even when I wasn’t at my best.
We all have off days, and I’m grateful mine was met with understanding. Thank you for doing your jobs with such grace and empathy.

“The mango smoothie and the coconut-strawberry smoothie were truly delectable. They were not overly sweet, had a smooth texture, and were reasonably priced. Additionally, the employee was extremely friendly. I Highly recommend this boba tea shop.“

“Excellent Taiwanese bubble tea chain with good quality tea made with good quality ingredients (think organic milk, vegan milk, cane sugar, and other natural ingredients). Many establishments use premade flavored powders to create your bubble tea. As far as I know Raretea does not do this. The staff are polite and thoughtful (like most workers in Taiwan and Japan) and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. I've had the Hokkaido Milk Tea and Coffee Milk Tea so far. Both are delicious. Coffee Milk Tea was a surprise as most bubble shops don't make good coffee but this was great.Be aware that they don't use as much sugar as other bubble tea shops, so 50% sweetness will taste more like 20% sweetness. If you're looking for a more "grown up" version of bubble tea that is better for your health without compromising flavor, this is the place to visit. Rartetea is truly a rare gem!“
