McDonald's in Lancaster

“There’s an older lady that works the drive thru and she is so cute!!!! She is always happy and she just transfers these happy positive vibes… I believe it’s always a manager working the second window very professional young man always very polite. I love coming to this Mc Donald’s even though I have one like 2 mins from my house but the service is the best for a fast food restaurant. Thanks to the staff :)“

“The manager is always extremely rude. She's given myself and my children attitudes on more than one occasion. She has voiced her opinion on not liking the automated order machine but gives major disrespectful attitudes when having to place orders on the register ??

Parking: Plenty of parking, wheelchair accessible!“

“Stopped by McDonald’s and overall it was a good experience. The food was hot and the order was mostly correct, and staff was doing their best even though it was busy. The wait was a little longer than expected, but nothing crazy. Solid location when you need a quick bite.“

“Need cashiers bad also they require you to buy online non-stop but if you notice when you go online to buy your nuggets they charge you 29cent for sauce but it's supposed to come with your mail and I'm not talking about buying extra sauces when you put barbecue sauce or any other 29 extras in for a sauce when you order breakfast you cannot fit in an option to ask for jelly and it's a continuous problem“

“I'll be honest, I haven't had McDonald's in a very long time, so recently I decided to try it out again, man it tasted a lot different them how I remember it, it's like it's healthier in a way almost, it didn't taste horrible at least but it could be a little better, I doordashed it and didn't exactly get what I asked for, I ordered a ranch on the side and it gave me chili sauce instead, I at least got sweet and sour sauce which I used to get all the time and that still tasted amazing. Overall, I still like McDonald's to this date, and will get it from time to time“

“Just wanted to give a shout-out to Emily, in the drive thru. Last time I came, it was my birthday, and Emily was super nice and even gave me a birthday sticker lol, ( stickers have no age limit, btw!). Came back today, almost a month and a half later, and she still remembers me! You can't fake that kind of customer service. I'm also a delivery driver and I see and meet thousands of people, both restaurant workers and customers and you can tell when someone is genuine, and I appreciate Emily for that! Thanks again!“
