Yoshinoya has a kindhearted staff. The food is delicious and fresh tasting. Some employees are very nice, but a couple are rude. The salmon bowl and teriyaki bowl are popular. Sometimes the restaurant smells like sewer and the tea tastes sour. The service is great, but the restaurant can be understaffed. The staff is friendly, but the inside is not quite appealing and the table area is sometimes messy. Despite these issues, the food is good and the customer service can be great, making it a reason to visit. Yoshinoya needs to fix some of these issues to improve the overall experience.
