Wow! These tacos were absolutely delicious. The meat was incredibly tender and juicy. Every bite was packed with flavor. They serve it with grilled onions and taco come with cilantro, onion, salsa verde. They only serve salsa verde but it's all that's needed for their taco. The lady took our order and was friendly. Funny story.... We spent the day at Yosemite and the menus looked tempting, but my sister-in-law said she had a plan for dinner. I thought she was joking when we pulled up to a taco truck, but no, we ordered & went to the park to eat. OMG! I don't know why this place hasn't been on diners & dives show as a place not to miss. We stopped here on the way to Yosemite, and it was so delicious we went out of our way to stop here again on our way back.BBQ Pork taco is amazing. Consider calling ahead with your order, though. It can take 15-20 minutes to prepare it.
