This Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers location is fairly new and offers a great experience. The restaurant is clean with tons of space indoors and outdoors. The staff is happy and helpful, providing amazing customer service that truly goes a long way. The food is hot, fresh, and delicious, and the fries can be made extra crispy. The 3 finger combo is made fresh, and the sweet tea is sooo good. Wait times are little to no time or about 11 minutes when busy, which is reasonable. One visit had a friendly and helpful drive through staff. Another visit had a nice lady walking around packing up the place who was super nice. A worker went above and beyond by bringing a to go box for leftovers. However, one visit had a person taking an order over the speaker making someone feel very rushed, but a friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful worker at the window changed the experience. Another visit had a disappointing situation where an employee was constantly looking over another's shoulder with a dismissive and unprofessional tone, which was sad to witness. Also, one visit had bread that wasn't toasted right, and it happened again. Overall, it is a really good experience with great food and reasonable wait time.
