“This subway has very good service. Yesterday around 7:20 p.m. I noticed a very disrespectful customer threatening a worker. The customer said they weren’t satisfied with their sandwich and the worker politely offered to re make it but said they’d have to wait a bit since they had a line of other customers. The customer started getting loud and started recording the worker saying they were going to report her for bad service. I believe the worker WAS NOT in the wrong and the customer was being really harsh. The worker handled it very well.“
“There was only one young female working Monday around 4-5pm 7-15-24. She HAD A GREAT ATTITUDE, Exceptional customer service, amazing sales skills! There was a line going for her and she greeted everyone, courteous and politely asked about the next person’s order to get ahead of the game.“
