“This subway has very good service. Yesterday around 7:20 p.m. I noticed a very disrespectful customer threatening a worker. The customer said they weren’t satisfied with their sandwich and the worker politely offered to re make it but said they’d have to wait a bit since they had a line of other customers. The customer started getting loud and started recording the worker saying they were going to report her for bad service. I believe the worker WAS NOT in the wrong and the customer was being really harsh. The worker handled it very well.“
“I have to say, due to how busy it, was worker did a great job. There were like 9 people waiting. He still said welcome to subway, apologize for the wait and stayed positive. Im not sure if the other workers called off. You need backup, one person is a joke and shows lack of care not only or us but your workers too.“
