“Went early so no waiting. The staff was great and very attentive. The food is excellent! Wish they’d serve more lobster tails, they just brought one out but crap legs, shrimp..even the prime rib was delicious! Oh, and the desserts.. wow.. all top notch! It’s a must to go! And the system being down for taxes on hand pays which is unacceptable for a 24hr casino. This place is way better than table mountain. Unfortunately not as good as Chukchansi though. “Service was very kind and polite as well as timely. When choosing a seat, it's open seating, which makes it easy and quick to sit down and order. The atmosphere was nice with a old school 70s vibe kind of diner with photos of old celebrities but the reason I'm giving the atmosphere two stars instead of 4 is because of the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom and in the boots and tables all seemed to be covered in thin layer grease making touching the table or napkins despenser an uncomfortable experience.
Food, however, was very delicious and was served hot and ready in 10 minutes after ordering. I would recommend this place to friends looking for a good filling meal.“

“On my way back from Fresno to Hanford and have always wanted to check it out. Ryan greeted me with a smile and his little daughter Nova was a charmer. So cute. Since I had to fast I was hungry and the bacon burger a monster 🍔 and didn’t know if I could eat it all, but it was delicious to the last bite😋. “We held a wedding there this past weekend (Mother's Day weekend). Although it was a busy weekend for the inn, the staff there went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. They were so accommodating to everything for us, and the chef prepared an amazing meal for the reception. Thank you again for such an amazing time.“

“The other day I went with a friend to eat there at Dennys. I was so amazed ? at the hospitailty we received. I wish I had $100.00 to give to the sweet waitress. Stephanie was so polite, friendly, patient with us ordering. So we asked to speak with her manager Joana and she was also very polite we just enjoyed talking with them. I was having such a nice time. Then we made it down a chain reaction lol and spoke with her manager Frankie, I told them 3 that my dad taught me to give credit were credit is due. Excellent service and food. “So IHOP has been my GO TO for breakfast. I do enjoy the food there, but my most recent experience was pretty terrible. I'm not sure if our waiter was overwhelmed or just plain rude, but it was an experience I'll never forget.

I was in a group of 4. All separate tickets. As our waiter hands us the menus, he knocks over the Tabasco sauce, picks it up, and sticks it in his apron, which I thought was odd because we'd need it for later.

Then 3 of 4 of us ordered coffee. Getting our waiters' attention was difficult for refills, and eventually asked another waitress for help. Eventually, our waiter brings out a pitcher of coffee. Trying to get more creamer for the coffee proved difficult as well.

Then, when we got our waiters attention for coffee creamer, when he came back, there were many times he threw the coffee creamer packets onto the table. 😳

Our waiter rarely checked up on us, and I never got any refills on my diet soda.

So I asked for my diet soda to go, the waiter did not confirm it was diet and gave me a cup with regular soda. I didn't realize until I was in the car driving away and had to toss it when I got home.

I'm not sure if our waiter was new or if he's usually like this, but his service and attention to detail just plain sucked. I'm not giving up on IHOP yet, but I sure as hell won't be seated in his section ever again.“
