“I was happy to go to Red Lantern due to the family style picks. The prices aren't bad either. Customer Service is very poor everytime I have went. I had to flag down the servers everytime we needed something. We asked for appetizers first but everything came together. Then I asked for low sodium soy sauce and other sauces, we were pretty much done eating when she came back with one sauce. No acknowledgement. It was purely disrespectful when I asked if they do anything for birthdays, she said yeah wait it will be a surprise. I believe she did that to shut us up. There was nothing. No singing no dessert. Nothing. We spent a lot of money for them to brush us off. She could have simply replied instead of lieing to our faces to shut us up. The staff needs to be more professional and comprehend good customer service. Not cool. I DO NOT recommend it for a special occasion. I never do this but, this is needed. Not to mention I had to ask them multiple times for EVERYTHING! Not enjoyable“

Everything we ordered for our large group, from butter chicken to fried rice, momos, chicken chilli, baby corn manchurian, naan, chow mein was DELICIOUS. I know I’ll be craving and dreaming of these dishes regularly, and my only regret was not taking a photo before I inhaled my entire plate. Thank you for such wonderful service!!“

“Came here on my lunch and was pleasantly surprised they have Vietnamese coffee! It was Yummy. Nice and clean tea store. Service was nice and fast! Hanh was really nice and I think she made my coffee. One of the better vietnamese coffee's I've had in this area.“

“All staff were very friendly and attentive to needs. Food was flavorful and portion size was enough to share. Happy hour in the bar includes several appetizers and drinks for a discount price. Per the host bar happy hour is all day every day! Will be back for sure!
