“I got the protein acai smoothie but made into an acai bowl with the flax granola and it was absolutely unreal and filling. It had the protein and substance. I have a place back home that I swear by for the best protein acai bowls and this place compares to it. So yummy! The only bummer is that there isn’t any seating to sit and chat with a friend. But they do have 2 benches and seating outside if it’s good weather that day. 10/10“

“The staff was friendly as we walked in. Waited for 1 customer ahead of us. And then politely took our order. Asked if we needed a recommendation, we took one, and then ordered our drink. “Great variety of smoothies, toppings, not too many choices of bowls and waffles. Associates are always friendly, about the atmosphere; lack of space too bad, because more seating would be increase the coziness and more customers enjoying the food/drinks. It's more like a pick up and go, if they want it that way, then why not a drive thru?!
And more thing what I upsets me is, when I buy giftcards during a promotion including a bonus card, and because customers like me are busy the bonus cards expire, then I wish the store would be flexible and still accept them. The card has still value, value we paid for purchasing a bigger amount of giftcard.“

“Good drinks with lots of options. Got some samples which was nice. Ended up going with the sample. Wish the staff was a little less personal, but no complaints. The smell is a heavy mix of fruit juice and sanitizer though. Would recommend adding a better ventilation system and a bit more lighting to really take it to the next level. Overall, a classic favorite!“

“I typically go with a taro milk tea, but the owner was very patient and knowledgeable about the different teas. Based on his recommendation, I tried the oolong tea, which did not disappoint!

I generally like boba teas, but to go to an Independence run place adds a whole other level of personality to the teas! I'd be looking forward to coming back again“

“This location is a public safety hazard and should have never been approved. Traffic jams prevent access to the local neighborhoods for emergency services. Vehicle accidents are regular occurrences. What i assume are Impared drivers needing that coffee to sober up driving the wrong way in the left hand lane. Garbage along the sides of the roads with db logos.There are elderly living facilities and child daycare facilities, and two schools with heavy foot traffic from the kids trying to walk through this mess every day. I like the company for doing things like donation days for fallen officers that draw huge crowds, but that again causes huge traffic jams at the intersection. Uppdate-Company redesigned the traffic pattern through their lot, minimal garbage on the streets, staff is friendly good job db!“

“I decided to try this place on a whim instead of my usual starbs run because starbs coffee is honestly low quality but it's convenient.

First off the place is easy to miss! Which is a shame because it is a cute little shop!

Today the shop was a little quiet (I went in about 830a). I honestly wasn't expecting much as most coffee shops are often subpar.

I did not catch the young lady's name who helped me but she was very friendly, when I told her it was my first time in she immediately offered to make a few suggestions if I needed it. I asked her what the favorite food item was, she suggested the Turkey Pesto Sandwich.

I must say it was fabulous! I find that Pesto is very hit or miss. If you are sensitive to spiciness I would just say there is a small hint of spice to the sandwich, which I found to be a pleasant surprise. The Turkey was fresh and the bread was toasted just right, small crunch but easy to bite into.

The place is very small, so there are only a few places to sit. I would bank on taking your coffee/food to go. I can see it feeling a bit crowded if more than a few people are waiting for their items.

I had a Hot Caramel Latte with almond milk, normally I would get nonfat/skim but they were out. Quite frankly, the almond milk added a pleasant nutty flavor to the drink rather than overpowering the drink. You can definitely taste the quality of the beans. I don't know if any of you have ever smelled Starbs espresso beans but I bought some to start making coffee at home and it smells like feet to me which prompted me to start exploring different beans and places. I am so glad I stopped in here and if I'm in the area again I'll be sure to be back!“

“When I’m wanting an iced tea or maybe a sweet drink, Dutch bros is my go to. The workers are always up beat and friendly. Drive thru might look busy, but they really get thru orders quick. Drinks are always yummy! Try a peach ring rebel for a sweet treat or get the poppy seed muffin top for a yummy snack.“

But I want to shout out Meg because I had an AMAZING expirence with her last week, she is so kind and sweet and went above and beyond while helping me!! The 3 stars on service is not for the location, they were great. Its for the inability to pre-order the suger free products and the cookie cutter response on my first review and reading the same response on everyone elses review.

I love Dutch Brothers but I won't be coming back ti this location. I lve visited Durch Brothers from Auburn to Napa and everything in between. This is hands down the slowest one I've ever been to. I had ro check on my order as it was nearly 20 minutes and I went inside and I was the first one in.. so sad I since this lo location is convenient.
