“We drove all the way from the East Coast to come see the Sequoia Forest. When we got to the park gate, we were informed we would need chains on our tires if we were to see the trees. With it being so late, we had no time to get chains for the tires and thus, had to turn back. Needless to say this was a great moment of sadness, as seeing the Sequoia Forest has been a lifelong mission. In order to ease the sorrow of this great loss, we decided to get a treat at Starbucks, this Starbucks. We got there and a wonderful woman took our order and listened to our brief lament about how we lost out on our mission (This was Monday evening, March 31, 2025). Her kindness and true leadership literally brought us out of our slump and made our day. Please treat this wonderful woman really, really good as she is the ultimate leader. We can't thank her enough for her kind, much needed words and wise, wise initiative! And yes, we are keeping this cup forever!!!“

“I typically stop here daily for my much needed caffeine fix, which I can always depend on Dutch Bros. to solve my problem. I don't drink very much coffee, but the Rebel mixed flavored drinks are on point. If I'm not in a rush, I always try a different concoction, and if I'm really hurting, I'm adding caffeine shot. I really appreciate Dutch Bros.

Parking: Located curbside to Prospect, which leaves the entire lot it sits in for parking if you plan on walking up for an order. Most people do the drive thru.

Kid-friendliness: Dutch Bros. offers a kids menu like options, where the drink aren't caffeinated, so your kids can have a smoothie, tea or juice which taste just as good as the "adult" drinks.

Wheelchair accessibility: For pedestrians, and those wheelchair bound, there are ease of access ramps leading to the order window from the parking lot, and from the sidewalk along Prospect St.“

“My husband and I stopped by this Starbucks location in Portersville today and had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely friendly and professional - they greeted us with genuine smiles and were happy to help with our orders.

The service was impressively quick, even though they were clearly busy. The entire place was impeccable - clean tables, spotless counters, and well-organized throughout.

My husband decided to customize his frappuccino, and the baristas were more than accommodating with his requests. He absolutely loved how it turned out - you could tell they put care into making it exactly how he wanted. I kept it simple with a tall skinny vanilla latte, which was perfectly prepared with just the right balance of espresso and steamed milk.
