“Been coming to the location pretty consistently for the last couple years. After initial opening, the food quality dropped a bit and fries were soggy and chicken was moderate temp. However, the last several visits, the food has consistently been hot and fresh, fries slightly crisp and salted and the same consistently friendly service.

After having issues twice at the Pleasanton location, always with veggie wrap, I've never had an issue with my order being correct at this location.

This past visit the line was not long, but seemed to take forever for the line to move. I still rate it higher than any other fast food in the area for accuracy, friendliness and promptness in receiving our order. The cleanliness indoors keeps us coming back as well.

Vegetarian options: Southwest veggie wrap is good. Not sure if it shows up on the menu, but has lettuce, black beans, shredded cheese, corn and tastes great with the avocado ranch dressing“

“One of the few left around, we stopped in for a hot dog and was pleasantly surprised. The establishment was clean, service was great and the food was so fresh! It was a nice little change for a fast food lunch. Their fries are always delicious, anyway.

“Best Chicken in Town! Our go to place when we crave chicken wings. Delicious and crispy! They also have a lot of flavors to choose from. Chicken wings are not oily.My favorite is the Honey/Cheddar flavored wings. I only order Half Wings (10 pieces). They have decent size, so I can't finish it. I order full order of wings.We order rice with it, and it comes with a side of fermented jicama. They are crunchy and delicious. If you are not used to fermented food, the smell may be too much for you. Something you may need to get used to.“

“This location is very professional and clean. My family and I stopped in for lunch. The cashier, Abigail helped us place our order. She was very nice, professional, and polite. After we placed our order, we received the food very quickly which was surprising because they were pretty busy. After we received our order we noticed one of the sandwiches wasn’t made right. We brought the sandwich to Abigail. She understood and agreed there was a miscommunication and remade the sandwich without any hesitation. Her customer service is amazing. She made the sandwich and gave it to us. Food was fresh and delicious. This Togo’s location is A+.“

“I was excited to see this Southern California favorite hit Livermore- with a drive- thru! The staff were courteous, the food was fresh and hot, the order was correct, and it was all very timely. Perhaps my standards are too low, but I just expect safe food, from non-rude employees, in a reasonable amount of time. Some people seem to have complaints that are expecting a bit much of fast food. “Honestly, all of these places have had years to figure out the formula and in some instances I kind of think Wendy's created some of the formulas square patties check Frosty check. Never Frozen. Always fresh well, at least the beef. And speaking of some of the best beef flavor on a fast food burger I've ever had the juiciest too. That's why I always go back to them. I know what I'm going to get and I'm always satisfied. Double bacon cheeseburger please. Side spicy nuggets chocolate frosty. 😚“

“This one is a good place to get a burger. They have great employees. I would compare the staff to in and out at this location. Or at least the crew we had during our visit. Very pleased!

Dietary restrictions: I have celiac and they will make you a low carb burger. Just wrapped in lettuce. But it lets me be able to enjoy their restaurant. Thank you!“

“Cant speak to other reviews of customer service bc I don't go in the mornings. But I've never had a problem at this CJ's, except speed but thats not a huge complaint for me. It's actually one of the better ones in the East Bay, they have plenty of customization options that aren't offered at most other locations, which is why I come here often.“

“The staff are the most friendly people every time I come here! They might forget an item once and a while but, I don’t blame them with how busy the drive thru gets. However, they are so nice about it when you go back and ask them. So I recommend just making sure you have all your items before leaving. The inside is extremely clean and has a fun retro look.
