They take too long. Eats up time easily. Ive waited half an hour. Staff was working well but somehow everything is delayed. High prices mid level food
At my wife’s request, we stood in line for ice cream. It took about 10 minutes per person, and we waited over 30 minutes for our turn. We chose the New York Strawberry Cheesecake, but it looked nothing like the picture.

This is my favorite ice cream place. All the flavors are amazing, and the quality always feels premium.
The only thing I wish were better is the service. The staff often seems tired and not very welcoming, so a little more positive energy would make the experience perfect.
Other than that, everything is the best.
