“I'm not sure I've ever posted a review on a fast food location, but here goes.I'm puzzled why this Subway merits only two stars. In the past, I would agree it was understaffed on prior trips, but the last few visits, there was plenty of staff to meet demand. The place is clean and the service is friendly but, what I really want to talk about are the 12 new sandwiches in the Subway Series. After seeing endless Steph, Gronk et al commercials on these babies, I had to breakdown and finally see if the product met the hype.Short answer....it does!All 12 sandwiches looked delicious so it was a challenge which one to try first. After surveying the menu, I chose the #7 Mexicali - exactly as it was advertised. The combination of the flavorful chicken, with pepper jack cheese, avocado, lettuces, tomato, red onion and the baja chipotle sauce - toasted. It was amazing. One of the best sandwiches, esp fast food sandwiches, I've had in a while.My wife had the #8 The Great Garlic but since she's allergic to egg, she passed on the aioli - so perhaps not a perfect representation of that sandwich. She substituted spinich, added pickles and olives and went parmesan vinaigrette. She loved it.Each of the 12 is a refreshing change from normal Subway gotos. It's definitely pricier but we thought we got our money's worth.“
“I like this Subway, it's always been fast, convenient, and fresh for me. My go to sandwiches are the Spicy Italian or Turkey and Provolone. They may not accept coupons but you can use your Subway gift cards here. You can also request extra veggies with no hassle. Thanks Subway and Team.“

“I had a positive experience at this Subway located at 3022 W Jack London Blvd, Livermore, CA 94551 on 8/15/2023. Upon entering, I was greeted by a cleaning store. A nice young man promptly took my order for the Ultimate Italian BMT sandwich. This sandwich has salami, spicy pepperoni, and Black Forest ham, all layered on Artisan Italian bread. It's garnished with double provolone cheese, lettuce, red onions, and drizzled with the MVP Parmesan Vinaigrette (which, by the way, is outstanding). I opted to exclude the tomatoes and added triple pepperoncinis instead. The sandwich was prepared efficiently, and the overall service was commendable. Moreover, the footlong sandwich was reasonably priced at approximately $10. The ingredients looked fresh and the sandwhich ended up tasting pretty good! This was my third visit to this particular Subway. However, it was my first successful purchase. On my previous two visits, I was deterred by the lengthy wait times and eventually opted for Panda Express instead (which is only a football throw away from this store). This review primarily reflects my recent positive experience, which accounts for 80% of my review. I anticipate returning in the future, and as long as the wait isn't excessive, I'll be eager to order another sandwich.“
“As soon as I walked in this store it was very clean and the Workers were very polite and told me hello welcome in as soon as I entered. And the lady attended me very quickly and I was happy because I was running late. Turns out i got to work in time because of the sweet lady that worked there. I totally recommend every person to visit this Subway!!! It's so good And I enjoyed my experience in this store. Now this is my favorite Subway Restaurant. I come like 3 times a week because of the service and because they actually get my order right and they are very generous and patient for when you are ready to order. I WISH I CAN GIVE THIS STORE A 100 instead of a 5!!! I love this store. And The workers are always such in a good mood and gives high energy and makes you feel welcome.“

“Decent as far subways go. Sandwich maker was attentive and extremely generous with the veggies (anyone who has worked at subway will tell you that they actually have predetermined "recipes" like only 4 olives per 6" which is ludicrous). I ordered my usual which was oven roasted chicken, pepper jack cheese, onions bell peppers olives tomatoes and lettuce with sweet onion and sriracha. For subways, this was a good experience would recommend.“

“I love this Subway! The staff are great, especially Softy, and they're always ready to serve. I come here a lot so I feel a bond with the spot. Always well air conditioned, different from Walmart. Clean seating area and I never have to ask for utensils napkins or anything. It's always right there for me stocked and in order. A sandwich is one thing but good customer service is the bread that holds it all together.“
