Asked to have my order customized and it came out as requested.Parking: Hard to get into the driveway when truckers gave their parked truck not totally parked correctly and therefore making it extremely difficult for cars to enter the parking lot.
Ordered my burger without onions, came with onions. Order no special sauce, mustard and ketchup instead. Came plain. Had to put my own. Not a big deal, but if I were allergic to onions, then it would be a problem.

Even though very not busy near noon, service was slower than expected for a fast food restaurant. Several minutes wait for two standard sandwiches. Staff was not very efficient. Many years ago I worked at a Carl's Jr store and we prided ourselves on quick and tasty meals. Not the case at this location.Food was ok, nothing special. Inside dining nearly deserted at noon! Was clean and well kept.
