“Fire Wings has many great flavors and delicious wings! We have been going there since we moved to Lodi last year. The place is really clean and the employees are always really friendly. “I am completely satisfied with everything this store has to offer, it's a grocery store with a good variety of spices, meat, cookware, you name it they have it ! amazing restaurant , with a big menu that offers delicious authentic food. My favorite is their fried chicken, which is creamy, juicy and full of flavor, and their wings that taste just as good as the chicken but are busting with flavor, not only that but you get to chose from 13 plus flavors for the wings ! Not to mention their pizzas are incredible, not only do they use fresh ingredients that taste amazing, but also have more than 13 specialty pizzas, to chose from and 6 pizza deals that you cannot resist, my personal favorite is the party pack, 2 topping pizza with 10 wings and a free two liter soda. And the best part is, their prices and cheap and reasonable. Also not to forgot their customer service is very good, very nice people. “They usually have the pizza ready fast but recently they have been slacking with new workers. I understand they get paid low but the mistakes should be few. I recently had ordered through the app and the driver accidentally delivered my pizza to a different customer which isn't a big deal but they immediately didn't make one right away. It took them some time to recognize the fact that I was waiting for 20 minutes. Like c'mon guys. Anyway I still like the place. Hopefully they improve in the future.“
“Normally the story that I’m about to share does not warrant the star review that I have given this location, however, through kind and thoughtful staff we walked away from our dining experience happy: As we dined in tonight at BWW’ we promptly ordered our meal after being seated relatively quickly. Unfortunately we waited for nearly an hour for our food to arrive and it was cold, which is unlike this locations typical happenings. We come here often and can honestly say only this one time have we had an unsavory experience. Regardless of the circumstances with our food, I believe he was a manager (if not he really should be) Scotty came quickly to our table and assessed the situation. Scotty offered empathy and reconciliation quickly for our situation that was tremendously appreciated. Following Scotty, a server named Leah finished serving our table and was the kindest server we have ever had. She offered us warmth and understanding recognition that is often missing from establishments these days. While there was an uncomfortable aspect to our circumstances Scotty and Leah proved that the heart of any restaurant is the ones who see to their patrons through means of dignity and respect.Thank you Scotty and Leah!“
“For the most part pizza is always cooked perfect just like in the commercials. There is however a morning manager that is extremely rude. I was supposed to receive credit for a pizza I had ordered the night before but they were so busy I had to leave without the food even though I already paid. So I went in the morning and it was a different manager from the night before I explained to her what had happened and showed her my online receipt and immediately she got very snappy with me like I was lying then finally she told one of the employees to remake my order when I finally got the order it was way to over cooked and didn't even have all the ingredients on it. So I took it back in to her she damn near yelled at me when I explained to her that the pizza was burnt and it was missing some toppings. She rudely replied that's how we make them here just like that and I showed her a picture of the same pizza I had ordered the week before from the same place with all the toppings and not burnt she once again snapped at a worker to make it again. Finally after waiting 30 minutes when there was no customers the whole time I finally got the pizza said thank you and left and when I opened it I realized the pizza was not even cut at all they pulled it from the oven slapped it in the box and gave it to me and I didn't have a knife or anything to cut it with for my workmates and I. But the night time manager is awesome very hard working and always resolves issues so people leave happy.“
“We ordered for a group of about 100 people and everyone really enjoyed the delicious pizza, salad and wings. Prime pizza was very helpful in working with us to figure out what to order and kindly delivered to our camp with serving plates. We would definitely order from them again.“
