“I’ve fallen in love with this place. The first time my husband and i came, we noticed the customer service wasn’t there but we took into consideration it was very busy. So that’s understandable. But we gave it another chance and i believe we met the owner & she was very sweet & very welcoming. The Mazapan latte with oat milk is the best. The Mexican culture is very beautiful as well. I’d recommend this place over Starbucks, Dutch bros.“
“Some of the best wines I have had...especially the RISK Merlot. Robert is a great educator/storyteller on all things wine which makes any tasting a fun and entertaining experience.“
“I found this place on Google, I looked up wineries with sparkling wine. This place was NOT a disappointment. It's absolutely beautiful inside and out, the staff was friendly. We did a sparkling wine flight and everything that we tasted was so good! They do offer 3 other flights with white and red wines. I definitely recommend adding this beautiful place to your list next time you go wine tasting.“
“Calivines is also on my list. Hannah and Jenna provide excellent customer service. The local and Bay Area wines are superb, and the olive oil and balsamic vinegars are second to none. They even have stickers!
Bringing gifts back to Texas for the peeps.“

“Fun and welcoming experience!“
“Excellent Zinfandel as expected, including a caramelized, with notes of dried berries, late harvest that resembles Port. This time, they also had a clean, floral, beautiful (one fermentation only, in new French casks if I'm not mistaken) Chardonnay from 2018. Remarkable. Tasting was guided by Marie-Lou, a wonderful person. They have a cute patio in the shade facing the vines, perfect to sip a glass.“
“Fabulous ice cream. Lots of choices. Great customer service. Beautiful artwork to look at while enjoying a cone or cup of ice cream. Tony Segale is great! #doubledipgallery #gunthersicecream #icecream #supportsmallbusinesses“

“So tired of paying big bucks for food that tastes like cardboard. But California Al’s did not disappoint. Absolutely the best burger in Lodi❗️ Large portions, EXCELLENT flavor. Fresh handmade burger patty with all the trimmings. Great service as well, waitress was very attentive and personable. Saw people with huge breakfast platters as well, everything looked amazing. My new favorite place❣️“
“Very relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed the concert. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I was worried about using their porta potties but they had staff constantly cleaning them and restocking supplies. Their wine is delicious. They have good food trucks as well. Will be back!“
“This is another place you're made to feel like old friends. This is family owned and they welcome you with a genuine warmth. Denise (mom of the family) is your hostess and along with excellent wine usually has a home made treat to offer up. Its a place you immediately become friends with other patrons. I had the Cab...excellent ! And my gentleman had the Zin. P.S...NO small pours here! Check their schedule as they are not open everyday, but usually open at noon over the weekend. Highly Recommended!!“
“A really nice winery for every day wines. Not too expensive, nice hostess, nice mid wines (Try the MossRoxx Vinn or Cab. ) beautiful sitting area outside or saunter up to bar. Special occasions too!🍷🥂🍾🍫 love the folklore pilot. ♡♡♡“
“Lovely owner gracious and knowledgeable . I’ve been wine tasting for some years and she still taught me something new that I didn’t know. Good variety of wines and some that other area wineries don’t create.“

“This place was phenomenal especially for the price big scoops of protein lots of options. The price had gone up and the scoops have gotten smaller. Rewards are hot and miss I have spent $70 and received one point but they don’t tel you that. Of you have multiple bowls to multiple transactions. Also I did a Instagram promotion and they changed their mind and I lost my reward 🙄. Staff is always late teens young adults mostly nice some are better than others. Still a solid place .“

“My favorite place for a unique Friday night. I got to know them during Lodi wine and chocolate festival and came back for family night and adult night. They also do goat yoga, yet to experience for me. During family night you get to spend time cuddling baby goats and the night ends with milk and cookies 🍪 Adult night comes with small bites and wine tasting. It’s such a fun time, I keep coming back. See calendar on their website for the next events“

“Been wanting to check out this spot for years. Small intimate spot in a corner shopping plaza. Walking in, you can tell this sushi spot is surrounded by locals. We seated right away. The young waitress explained the special for the day and answered any questions we had regarding menu items. We ordered the special fried shishito peppers. Sorted veggie tempura + a dragon 🐉 roll to share. 1 Udon and 3 Ramen soup. More than enough food. Roll was definitely on the smaller size/portion. Really came here for the ramen and it did not disappoint. I'll be back soon.“
“Delicious, quality wines, beautiful walking garden to enjoy the tastings in. Quality of wine was standout to other tastings in the area. Loved the petite Syrah and Albariño, bought both. Ainsley helped us, she was a pleasure, truly enjoyed the visit.“
“The tasting was everything we hoped for. We brought our grandmother, who is in her 80s, to join us (we’re members), and the staff could not have been more gracious. We hadn’t anticipated the cold weather and needed a warm, comfortable spot for her—something the team accommodated without a moment’s hesitation.
The Michael David staff truly exceeded our expectations, especially our wine steward, Vanessa. She was attentive, thoughtful, and so in tune with making sure my grandmother was comfortable throughout the visit.
Thank you for such genuine care. Experiences like this are exactly why we’re proud to be members.“

“Visited MDW after having breakfast at the Cafe--reserved and received a great tasting experience with Curtis who was so knowledgeable and very friendly that we joined (another) club. Thanks for pouring for us. Afterwards, we enjoyed a bottle on the patio under the big tree.“
“Stopped in on a busy afternoon. Brennan greeted me warmly, told me to sit anywhere I liked, and took my order shortly thereafter.
If it’s your first time, be sure to do a tasting of their red wines or just grab a glass of the superb Old Ghost. Great wine, professional staff, and a convivial environment… I’ll definitely be coming back here.“
“Old world style elegant and nuanced wines in Lodi !! I did not know that till I met John and Lisa at Prie this weekend. They grow/source a number of European grape varietals like Dornfelder (Germany), Teroldego (Italy), Alicante Bouschet (Spain) besides the staples of Lodi area like Syrah, Barbera, Zin. What makes the wines very special is the philosophy of wine making - minimalist. The wines are not bold or jammy. They are subtle, balanced and complex.John and Lisa are also wonderful and kind human beings who care a lot about the world. I got to know them in a leisurely chat on a warm afternoon. The tasting area is a a calm soothing place, just to have such conversations with friends and family while sipping some vino.Highly recommend if you love old world style wines.“
“Our band recently had the incredible opportunity to play at Idol Beer Works, and it was an absolute blast! Not only does Idol Beer Works boast an amazing brewery, but it also stands as the best music venue in the Central Valley. The atmosphere was electric, with a perfect blend of craft beer enthusiasts and music lovers coming together to create an unforgettable experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that both the performers and the audience had a seamless and enjoyable time. The sound quality was top-notch, allowing our music to resonate with the crowd in all its glory. We were truly impressed by the attention to detail in creating a space that celebrates both beer and live music. If you're looking for a place that combines exceptional brews with a vibrant music scene, Idol Beer Works is an absolute must-visit. Cheers to an unforgettable night of music and great beer! 🍻🎶 #IdolBeerWorks #CentralValleyMusicScene #CraftBeerMagic“

“Holly & Dara are both a gem! They’re hospitality and service is spectacular! The have the best recommendations and their knowledge is impressive! If you’re looking for a fun wine tasting experience, I highly recommend Cellar Door! Cheers!“
“The service was slow at first for a tasting but we eventually had a host that spent time with us. You do have to pay for a tasting - $30. Instead of paying $60 for 2 tastings, he asked if we wanted to buy a bottle of the wine we liked for $50. That was a no brainer.“

“This shop used to be my go to shop. The staff was like family then it got not good as far as service , so switched shops. Came back after awhile and was greeted how I used to be! Need to keep it that way. Always clean outsude this shop despite periodic homeless. Which seems they have curved for the meantime.“
