The views were great. Levi was a server. They have an excellent kids breakfast too. We had the steak and eggs and potatoes for breakfast, which was just awesome. The views from top of the mountain are amazing. We love the special tables also. Restrooms are clean. Parking is free. All in all, we were very happy that we selected this place.

My family stayed at your casino for the first time this weekend. My daughter and I surprised my husband and son in law with a fishing charter. What should have been a fun-filled, relaxing weekend, was not. First, One of your security guards in the casino asked my daughter for her ID. She produced it for him. He accused her of having a fake Id and would not give it back to her. He went over to the cage to get it checked out. Told her he was going to cut it in half if he deemed it fake. Another employee said it was real and gave it back to her. How humiliating and no apology was given. They need to be better trained on the security features to look for. 2nd, on Saturday night, my daughter called the front desk 3x because the people above were stomping and pounding all night. Was told they would take care of it and it still went on all night. We were suppose to wake up, have breakfast and gamble . We were going to stay till check out. They were so exhausted and grumpy, they left at 8 am because they had a 4 hour drive and wanted to get home to take a nap. I have called 3x and been told managers only work m-f business hours and also told all management is in Vegas at a training. Your business was apparently suppose to run with no issues since no one was left in charge to make sure customers were happy. $340 for a hotel that was not fun or relaxing. Management did reach out but did not seem to care. Said they would investigate and get back to me but never did even after multiple emails.

Motel was very nice, clean, good parking and efficient check in. Cafe Restaurant in process of remodel so food selection somewhat limited. Gambling was enjoyable. Location and view excellent of Elk River Valley.

We went to stay at this hotel right after Christmas and it was a really lovely spot! There was a slight mishap with the billing but the manager, Elyzabeth, was such a gem in helping us and got it sorted easily. The hotel itself is very clean, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff are wonderful. The bartender and front desk agents were genuinely kind when we had a million questions. It's in a nice tucked away area with great views so you can quietly relax during your trip. You need to have the waffle breakfast, the whipped cream must be house made because it is the most delicious kind that we have ever had! The fires in the lobby are lit during the cold so its very inviting and there is a gas station in front of the hotel full of almost anything you can think of if you miss packing it for a trip!

We spend some time here every month. The staff is very friendly. I think they know us by now. They have a good burger combo. Friendly staff.

Great room, but underwhelming casino experience. Dining during our stay was limited to a brightly-lit cafeteria-vibe hamburger joint, and that was disappointing. I'd have paid for a better dinner or breakfast, but none was to be found on our January, 2022 stay.

Came here as a pit stop on our way to Oregon. Not to gamble or anything like that. We wanted a clean hotel nice hotel for our kids and ourselves. Started off bad during check-in. Girl at front desk said the family center is open until 10pm. Kids went there after check-in. It was almost 9 when they arrived. They purchased the play card only to be told after their purchase that the place closes at 9. We lost all that money since we are never going back there. Kids get back and brought pizza from there which caused stomach issues to all of us. Don't do the pizza there. Cardboard grossness. A little while later, my bf and I were going to step outside. He wanted to have a smoke, and I wanted to take pictures of the moon. We opened the door, and there were 2 men standing outside our door. They were caught off guard. They had been out there listening to us. One was a front desk worker the other security. They tried to say they had a noise complaint when we had been quiet then he preceeded to say he heard my husband tell a child in our room to not be a cry baby!! Seriously!!?! what a bunch of weirdos. My bf got upset and said we did nothing wrong and proceeded to go outside for a smoke. I joined him, then 2 cop cars pulled up within 5 minutes and the officers came straight to us! They called the cops on us!!!! We are a couple with 3 kids traveling to visit family, thought we were in a decent hotel, but apparently not. They left. In the morning, i tried to order room service. They said, no room service. I can order and pick up food. I ordered, went to go pick up food at time specified, sat there for over 10 mins with no one in the front of restaurant to help meanwhile there were 3 people working the front desk laughing and chatting away. HORRIBLE customer service. They could've taken the initiative to call someone to help me, but instead they waited for me and others who came after me to get impatient. I finally asked them to call someone. Just one bad experience after another. Last but not least, I forgot my laptop charger in the room. I called and spoke to the house keeping manager and to the front desk. No chargers have been turned in by house keeping. They tried to make me feel stupid by telling me I must've forgotten where I left it cause it wasn't there. Um no, your house keeping stole it. The house keeping manager quickly and defensively said I can file a police report if I want to see footage but they don't have it. I have been calling for the past 3 days now and still cannot get in touch with a hotel manager. Looks are deceiving in this place. May be a clean hotel, but the service, and safety it horrible. Never again and never would I recommend this place. Costed us so much more from their sneaky ways and theft!!!

We stayed at this property March 2022 just for one night in our RV. The property did allow us to stay for free in the parking lot in our RV as long as we signed up for a players card and registered with Security. (You can stay up to 72 hours free at this Casino with a player's card) We also got $10 in free play for the casino for signing up for players cards. We ate in the restaurant there and the food was good. While staying here, you have access to the rec center, park/playground and fun center. Unfortunately, we did not get to use the fun center because it was closed the day we went. (They close on Wednesdays) But my kids did love running around the park. Security did patrol the parking lot at night, so we felt safe while staying, and it was very quiet all night. It was also convenient to have their gas station close, so we could easily gas up and head out the next day.

Overall, this was not a bad place to stay if you want a location that's not directly in Eureka. The room had a modern feel, was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean for the most part but it's starting to show some wear. Unfortunately, one of the rollers on the glass shower door in my room was broken so I had to battle to be able to get in the shower. It looked to me like it has been broken for quite a while and has never been fixed. I did feel that the front desk staff acted a bit unprofessionally around me and on the calls that came in while I was checking in, but they were both friendly. There is plenty of parking in the surrounding lots, but it's going to be a hike to your room. There are a few spaces close to the elevators with room access, but they were full. The food at the snack bar in the casino was very good, but a bit expensive for what you get.

This place is good choice for affordable grub and is one of your only choices to grab food after midnight in Humboldt.
