I love the free music. But it's real stupid you can't bring soda or water from the main part of the Casino into the lounge. Blue Lake Casino & The Heights don't have stupid restrictions.

You're frequently with a friend of mine this is our spot when we go and chill and want to spend time with each other we'll sit and we'll gamble a little bit on the machines at the bar and we'll have drinks maybe have something to eat we love it it's amazing and the people there are just great so as well as the food and and the drinks and the prices are pretty amazing for the area and what it is.
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for you to go in and put your wheelchair and they'll move chairs out of the way for you they do they're very nice about all of that.

I eat in this spot a lot since I work in the area. I must say their service is always excellent and they keep the spot neat all the time. Prices are fair and they serve generous portions.

My wife and I attended the Blues Traveler show on March 3rd and had a lot of fun. It was pretty cool to see a Grammy award winning band in what was a glorified high school gym. The show ended before 9:30 so we headed across the street to the casino to continue our rare night out. We played a few table games and met a very cool and outgoing dealer named Der, but that is where the fun ended. After about 3 or 4 hands Der was pulled and a woman put in his place. She was rude and condescending and nothing like Der so we decided to play slots. After about thirty minutes at a particular machine we wanted to try something new but the machine wouldn’t print out the ticket. The machine wax adjacent to the cashiers window so I walked over and requested help. After about 15 minutes a very angry and crass woman showed up and we told her the problem. She then tried rolled her eyes and tried pressing the button herself. When she finally agreed that it was broken she then started to open and reset the machine. After her second attempt at doing the same action didn’t work, I asked her if I could leave my ID and continue my night. We only had a little bit more time on our one night out, but the lady said “no”, angrily and then tried the same move for a third time, to no avail. I then asked for her supervisor because I saw this was going nowhere. She refused so I went back to the cage and requested a supervisor through them. When the supervisor showed up he first got the story from his employee who waited for his arrival and caught him before I could and now there were multiple people standing around. He then cane to me in a very aggressive and unhelpful fashion. He didn’t ask what the problem was and immediately started to go on offense towards my wife and I, and we still haven’t gotten our pay ticket. After finally getting our money we walked to the bathroom before we were going to leave and a band of security followed us and stared us down like we had just killed someone. If this is how you treat people it is no wonder to me that your casino doesn’t do as well as you would like. I will be going to your tribal office with my lawyer in hopes to file intimidation charges against your supervisor and security.
