outstanding customer service and I would like to give special recognition to Milo for his excellence in service. i ordered a few cold drinks and didn't mention that I wanted light ice in them. afterwards I mentioned it, and Milo made the changes without a fuss and made my drinks perfect. Today is my day off, and Starbucks on a day off tastes even better so I stopped at this drive-thru. I ordered on the app while I waited in line, and as convenient as the app is the biggest flaw is that it continued to auto select my most visited store even when I selected the "near me" option. I placed the order, and when I got to the speaker the barista let me know they had not received my order but started making it anyway. I love Starbucks. I don't love when I ask for the remainder of my Frappuccino to be put into another cup, and I'm just ignored. I'm here again; let's see what happens this time.
