There's such an amazing story here with Tara and Mireia, and we loved talking to them about their journey to where they are today. Where's that you ask? Well, that is nestled in amongst such wine industry luminaries as Norm Yost of Flying Goat and Kathy Joseph of Fiddlehead Celars in Lompoc's beloved "Wine Ghetto". Tara and Mireia are an awesome couple with an awesome business. I must admit, I'm not big into wine, nor do I know much about it, but the knowledge and passion these two ladies shared with us was impressive. From making wine together in Spain, to settling down together in Lompoc to be close to Tara's Chumash roots, their wine is a special combination of culture, love, and flavor. I love this women-owned and LGBT friendly business! Settled in the heart of Lompoc's wine trail, it's easy to find and literally has parking right out front. All of the wines on their tasting menu are delicious! We had such a nice time sitting by the barrels and learning about how each of their wines came to be. The owners are super friendly too!
