I used to love ordering from here, bt it’s been a few years now since the last time I ate here. Family decided to order some food from here for the first time in a long time, & have a nice family dinner…. We ordered Pad Thai, Fried Rice, & Mee Krob, & eggrolls. Each being about $15. We received these small rectangular containers that literally were barely halfway filled with rice or noodles (& the other half was the extras the put in top; peanuts, tomatoes, cucumbers), & the egg rolls were smaller than what were used to. We had 7 ppl to feed (5 kids) & trying to spread that little amount between us, everyone was still left hungry afterwards. Smh very disappointed, used to love the food here. (It still tasted good, hence the reason for getting any stars, just very disappointed in the portions for these high prices.)

I probably had the worst pad Thai of my life from here it was inedible dry and disgusting 🤮

I just went for an order I made for my daughter and they didn't give me the sushi and it's what she wanted and I called but they didn't answer

Nice costumer service but the smell of the place and the food is nasty, tired not to vomit the food I was getting.

Ate here years ago and found the food over-priced and lower quality. Since then there's been a pandemic and new owners so decided to give it another shot.
Ordered the Chirashi Bowl for pick-up.
The fish tasted stale and the tamago egg had an odd flavor. I figured it was some different way of preparation till an hour later when I was racing to the bathroom with food poisoning. Never again.

Idk weird service today, will come again. But I didn’t feel comfortable with customer service today at the restaurant. Waiters was acting disinterested and disorganized, I’m usually a normal tipper but today left a dollar tip because it reflected the service.
Two new waiters I’ve never seen before, gave me a hard time about the free refill of the seafood soup broth. (Not protein, just soup) been coming here 6 plus years first time I’ve heard of additional cost of soup broth. Asked if I they could give me free broth in exchange for a 5 dollar tip. Waiter looked at me puzzled. Said no. I asked for the bill, she spoke to another waiter pointed at my table, which then another waiter delivered my tab. Then when the card reader came to the tip option, I pressed a dollar. Guy coughs and said, you said you’d give my friend five dollars, or the minimum of 20%? explained the situation. Brushes me off turns his back on me talks to the next table besides us and doesn’t move when I asked him nicely I wanted to leave and him to move out the way of the booth. Latterly doesn’t more for 45 seconds, I touch his back and say excuse me. Still doesn’t move. I stand up and he still doesn’t move. Idk the whole situation felt off and I wanted to write about it… most recent post talk about having rats? Idk about that didn’t see any but the waiters be acting like rats tho?

We went last night for dinner and had an extremely disturbing experience. While we were seated and had just placed our order, a rat ran right under our table and through our feet! We’ve been coming here for many years, but this was shocking.

We immediately canceled our order within minutes of seeing the rat and informed the waiter. To our surprise, instead of addressing the situation seriously, the waiter told us to keep quiet. Needless to say, we walked out right after that.

This incident has been reported to the city for health and safety concerns.
