Friendly and quick service, the most delicious latte and breakfast burrito I've had in a long time, lively atmosphere, happy people all around. When you're done eating, make sure to walk the Belmont Shores neighborhood. So beautiful!
Coffee was good and so was service. Generally pretty packed and loud so not the best place to work from. Worst was honestly that the Wi-Fi basically doesn’t work (went on two different days), had to use a hotspot to even get basic websites to load. Not many seats with plug points either!

In a party of four, I ordered breakfast and coffees on a weekday morning. I ordered the uova benedetto, essentially an Italian take on Eggs Benedict with pesto, fresh basil, poached eggs, prosciutto, and provolone on focaccia.
