The sandwiches here are tasty and the bagels themselves are quite good. Of the three Cassidy's locations I frequent, it seems like this one is a bit sloppy (for example when I ask to sub one topping for another, there's a 30% chance it won't happen). Staff is friendly enough for 8am. I wish they'd cook their bacon one minute longer, because it's usually rubbery and gross and I have to spit it out.

Why close so early? At 19:00 I see the gate being pulled across. If I wanna buy a bottle of water after that I gotta wait in line at Poké2Go? Damn! Yeah, y'all see me and my friends using sign language. Not all of us are completely deaf and/or completely lack speech comprehension. I caught every F-bomb of that DRUNKARD who was still here 20 minutes after closing time on 3/15/24! Somebody shoulda been cut off an hour before that.
