Pollo needs to upgrade on their chicken. It's super tiny and expensive.Still has a good flavor but I rather spend $30 on a family meal at a local chicken restaurant. Chicken is bigger and juicier.

Manager Nancy 3pm earlier shiftDoesn't take complaintsWell. Meat day old dry. Orders r not Ahear to. The customer is always right! When u order they do whatever they want and then wants to argue with u about your order.Almost threatened civil suit. Take your money and give u day old food that I wouldn't feed my dog! This has been twice already. Manager disrespect Seniors and talks crazy and bad tone of voice!TC
