Lemongrass is a must try! Saw them at Smorgasburg this past weekend but they have a location in Long Beach. The Khmer smash burger was juicy, charred, and packed with flavor. The lemongrass paste gives the classic smash burger a make over with a refreshing Cambodian twist. Everyone at the pop up was super kind and welcoming. You gotta stop by whether it’s at their pop up or Long Beach location!
TOP 10 burger in Long Beach and Souther California for sure! The LEMONGRASS burger is insane. The flavor and prep is 10/10! Had it at a pop up and now I try to go to every pop up that they have! If you haven't had it before, then you NEED NEED NEED to try it.
Love this burger!! Favorite in Long Beach. Pickled vegetables give the flavor so much.
