Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The cashier was wearing a mask and I can barely understand what she was saying. I don’t speak Spanish. Covid is long over. No need for a mask anymore. The manager needs to put someone who speaks clearly at the register. It’s sad

I have had a couple bad experiences at this McDonald's recently. If you go in the evening, the line is excessively long and slow compared to other locations. The workers seem to be very understaffed and stressed. The last time I went, I waited for 40 minutes and my fries were cold and unsalted. Additionally, the parking lot is very dirty and the transient population is high in the area. There is a security guard outside during the day.

This was my kid's go-to spot after school but this morning i saw a roach in the women's bathroom and was grossed out. :( i know its hard to keep up with the environment around the area but i just cant go back anymore.

This McDonald always gets the order wrong every single time. This is the 4th time I’ve been here and I don’t get complicated food it’s literally sausage McGriddle and sausage McMuffin the way it comes and they always get it wrong. Either no egg and once they even gave me a chicken McGriddle it’s just ridiculous and then I asked for the correct item right now and she gave me such an attitude like it was my fault they messed AGAIN not even an apology nothing. Absolutely rude and incompetent. I had to get back in line lady and asked politely you need to get your attitude right. That’s why you work here.

They were nice and quick, but I gave them 3 stars because our food was cold! Our fries were extra cold and not even salted. Seemed old and like they have been sitting around for awhile. We would have complained and had them remake our food, but we had already left and were on our way to our hotel.
