I walked in and found a very quaint and cozy coffee shop that delivers high quality beans with drinks that are crafted with intensional ingredients. I was a little confused because I couldn't find the menu at first, but ultimately found a small sign that pointed to the menu that was away from the register. 2nd time here, and I’ll keep coming back. Coffees great, pastries are delicious, and the staff were amazing. I took a pitstop here on my bike ride so I was filling up quite a few cups of water and the barista asked if I wanted a bigger cup with ice. Very thoughtful and I appreciate that. I went to go outside with my coffee so I could watch my bike, when Serge offered to bring my bike inside since it was hot. The cortado delivers a morning kick while not being overly milky, with espresso that has notes of dark chocolate and stone fruit. The ube latte is a nice balance of ube sweetness, espresso, and milk. The Thai Tea and Thai-inspired specialty coffee drinks are next-level, with a rich, creamy, and spiced profile balanced with high-quality espresso, flavorful without being overly sweet. Iced Thai tea with lemon is ridiculously refreshing. Croissants have a bite and crumble of freshness and an unctuousness of buttery goodness. High-end beans like Proud Mary Coffee Roasters are showcased, with aroma pumps at the counter. The staff are courteous, helpful, friendly, and thoughtful, taking time to help choose drinks by understanding preferences. The atmosphere is clean, modern, minimalist, and elegant, with thoughtful and intentional music adding a calm and comforting tone. There is ample seating. The menu is not as intuitively placed as one would like, and parking can be a bit of a task, but spots become quickly available.
