This place is a staple. Even when my mother moved out of the area, she still returns for Merced's. Only bummer, since the pandemic, they remain take out only! Miss sitting at a booth, but still always order a burrito on the way to the airport... makes everyone jealous!
BEST ALBONDIGAS (Meatballs) Soup ever! This place has great Mexican food and the cook has been there forever! He can cook his face OFF!! Lol The carne Asada tacos and burritos are so lit! The menudo is really good too. I used to get it all the time until I found this other little spot. Now I eat both... hey don't judge me! Lol The Jamaica tastes like the plant not that imitation powder! It's really good!
TACO TUESDAY REVIEW - Decided to try this place while I waited for my dog to get done at the vet. Just so happened to be taco tuesday and they have a $1.50 special all day! I got the chicken, pastor, and carne asada tacos. Pastor was my favorite. Asada was just okay. Overall, Merced got the job done for a nice quick fix!
