What the #*&#.!The food products were not as awesome as they were in the recent past. Something's not right in the food production arena and the recent price increases are just reminders that I really do love my BUNN coffee maker at home.

Starbucks500 Long Beach BlvdLong Beach CaliforniaStarbucks, Long Beach Blvd., has no seatings, it is only a pickup and go place. This place is very busy and the customer service personnel are very friendly and courteous. The food served in this place is the same as other Starbucks restaurants.Doors are wheelchair accessible.

I had requested cinnamon powder on top but looks like they gave me the whole bottle!! It’s one thing to do this on accident & simply remaking it. No problem but and another to give this to a customer , bc there is no way you do not notice such large amounts of cinnamon! The supervisor didn’t seem all that caring when I called but he did offer a refund but I would have to go back to the store. It is such an inconvenience.

My favorite Starbucks location. The area and atmosphere outside can be a bit sketchy at times due to the homeless situation, but the inside and the service are really nice here, especially the look since the remodel/upgrade. Still no bathroom though ? but it's a really small location with no seating area. I assume due to the locale and being right across from a metro rail stop, it would get trashed which wouldn't be good for them or other customers anyway.I really love how personable some of the baristas are here, and it's what keeps me coming back. Also because it's the closest location to my home ? Rebekah is super sweet and friendly. Nadine (I think that's her name... maybe one of the sups or shift managers) is also really nice. I miss Ronnie, he was one of the first ones there who was always very friendly towards me. I usually leave here not only satisfied with my coffee, but also with a smile and a boost to start my day right.

Always a delight coming to my local Starbucks. A little pricey, but the egg bites and nitro brew coffee are worth the price and more. Great attitudes - seems like a good company culture.

I love this location everyone here is so super nice ... It doesn't matter how busy they are ... I noticed everyone complains there's no bathroom ...there's one in El Super 100' away that's no reason to not give this place five stars .. thank you to all of the employees here who are so nice, friendly and polite .... Thank you ❤️ the remodel they did is super great

This is a one star Starbucks! My usual order is a grande cappuccino with two raw sugars. I watched the girl making my order, a tall, blonde girl. She answered her cell phone three times to check text messages while making one drink. I don't know why I bother coming here. In the future if I do come here, I will no longer be tipping my usual $1. I tip for service. I don't tip for some lazy young girl to take forever to make my drink because she's texting.Store managers and young people listen up. You need to take Customer Service seriously.

First off, there was a guy mopping the floor when it was super busy. There were at least 12 people standing around... but mopping is the priority? If there was a spill, absolutely it makes sense to be mopping. But no spill, just cleaning the entire floor behind the counter laughing and joking with his coworkers while they frantically work around him. They were very behind on orders. There were some orders just sitting there waiting behind plexiglass because they don't call your name out anymore unless you've checked in with them. I watched an employee set my pastry down behind the plexiglass and say to herself "I don't know who this is for" and walk away; completely ignoring my verbal attempts to get her attention. You have to figure out how to flag someone down to check-in, which is not posted anywhere. Good luck trying to get someone's attention cause they're avoiding the pickup counter like the plague at this location.Perception is everything, but I don't think this location knows that. I'm going to avoid this location in the future despite it being minutes from me.
