“On wednesday, I went to this Subway. I was really hungry, and my mood had been terrible since morning- I had fought with everyone. When I got there, I met Mr. Ravi, an Indian guy. When I asked him for an extra scoop of tuna, he told me it would cost extra, and I got annoyed because it looked too little. I was already angry, but he handled the situation so calmly and respectfully that he actually made me laugh in the end. His service was so good that it genuinely made me want to leave a review, because he was completely right from his side. I truly salute that kind of customer service.“

Otherwise, it's a nice place to relax before or after a day in court, file a case, or go over your proceedings. “first of all, I would like to start with the atmosphere when I walked in it was very clean no distinct smells from any kind very clean environment and I received very good service from Jay he made my sandwich accordingly and just how I asked him to and I appreciate his loyalty to Subway for making a very exquisite sandwich for me and for everyone else who goes there while Jay is working that guy is a good worker and I appreciate his service and I appreciate the sandwich you put together for me and the little conversation we had. “I've been ordering from this subway for two years, and I've always got my favorite sub... sweet onion teriyaki grilled chicken with extra onions, light shredded cheese, light lettuce, pickles, and sweet Sriracha, and lightly toasted. luckily, this store has the Sriracha cause some other stores don't, this location didn't use to accept coupons, but a little over a month ago, coupons finally worked there, they open around 9 am

I was appalled by the client’s treatment of these employees. She informed them that she intended to lodge a complaint, prompting me to intervene and inform them that I would report the incident. I encourage any inquiries to contact me.
Furthermore, if the client decides to file a complaint, it is crucial to emphasize that her actions were unjustified. Perla and Mayra were working in a challenging environment with only two employees on shift, responsible for handling online orders, preparing various ingredients, including bread, vegetables, meats, and others. They also had to charge customers and maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant.
It is essential to recognize and appreciate the efforts of these employees in such demanding conditions.“

“I often visit this Subway for dinner between classes at LBCC (across the street). I usually order my sandwich in advance and it is always ready in time. Last time that I visited, I order my sandwich online, but it wasn't ready when I arrived. This wasn't an issue to me as there was only one worker and she was handling multiple customers. I was happy to wait and understood she was probably very stressed. She was apologetic about the wait and very kind and professional. I hope this location is able to hire more help so their workers are better supported.“
