Food was fresh and great customer service. The only thing I didn't like is that there is no seating available. I really don't blame them because there are a lot of homeless people in that area with severe mental issues.
I don't know his name, but whomever was scheduled today at 2:15 pm was INCREDIBLE!!!! He deserves a special shout out. He went out of his way to make my sandwich EXACTLY as I like it, he was super generous, super patient, friendly and kind. It was such a relief to Have customer service that great after a long day. Staff was very accommodating and efficient, but maybe too fast because they forgot a few toppings on my sub. I ordered "The Beast" from the new menu but I was disappointed with the portion. 3-1 bread to meat ratio if you ask for no tomato or onion. But I blame myself for falling for the false advertising photo ?
