Love this healthy food spot!!! It's family owned and they make everything to order. Fresh ingredients. Large portions. I was greeted by the owner's father and daughter. Who were both kind and generous.

This place is my favorite lunch place when in the Long Beach area! The food is delicious, fresh, and prices are reasonable. Plus everyone working there is friendly and welcoming. Also appreciate the combination of vegan, vegetarian, and meat options (soyrizo empanadas are my favorite)

Super cool spot! Amazing prices and generous portion sizes. I will be returning back! I ordered all the flavors for acai and they’re all amazing but my favorite would be the peanut butter.
No one can beat the way they make it with the chia pudding haha
