“from the moment we waked in we received great service! Jamal was so welcoming, asked if we wanted recommendations and we did .. we ordered what he recommended and it was amazing! everything was filling. we ordered the crimson (medium) & joey eat fries (mild) . i don’t do spicy, so medium was a bit much for me, so i would advise mild if you’re like me. The dressings and pickles helped me! also overall A+ definitely coming back!“

“It's Roscoe's! If you don't know Roscoe's you don't know chicken and waffles... Or maybe culture.
Iconic flavor is still there after all these years. It tastes just as good as it did to make it famous. Fried chicken is well battered, well cooked and filled with flavor. The waffle is the traditional Roscoe's batter. I figured it would taste different after becoming famous. Skimp on flavor and savings... Nope.

Come hungry, because they are going to feed you!!“

“Such a cozy spot. I got the Protein Matcha Latte. It was delicious 😋 I could not even taste the protein in it. I love how it gives you option of how much protein you can put in it. They have a huge menu from refreshers and even protein pastries and snacks. Will definitely be coming back to try the whole menu“

“I’d give them ten stars if I could. The chicken was perfect and delicious. I ordered my food but got called away for an emergency before it was ready. The woman behind the counter kindly let me return and get my order later. The chicken was still so crispy and my coleslaw still cold. I needed that meal so bad and it was AMAZING!“

“This place is very nice for late studying since they close later than most coffee shops. The photos need updating because the place did NOT look like the photos whatsoever. You can very much tell students love coming here due to the more quite atmosphere with many outlets, as well as spacious place. To a result, students stay here for many hours.
However, I don't intend to come here again.

For the interior of the cafe, it has very clean bathrooms and plenty of tables and chairs. All the tables near the wall had many outlets, which is hard to find in coffee shops. Wifi is ok, sometimes it stops working which can be a little annoying at times. There is NO AC, which makes it more hotter and humid inside. I would recommend coming here only during the winter. For the summer, I can not even imagine how that would be.

The menu is quite overwhelming and confusing, so it makes it intensely difficult to order. On top of that, drinks are outrageously expensive. While I love supporting small businesses and finding places to study, the drinks were NOT THAT GOOD to be that expensive. For the most part, I was paying for my time being spent at the cafe, as well as the seat I was occupying.

The cafe did not have THE cafe vibe you long for when studying. There was foldable chairs at most tables, as well as regular wooden ones. Yes they are somewhat comfortable, but they did not exert the type of feel you get at coffee shops.

The owner was friendly when I came in but, it definitely feels like a one man operation since drinks did take a little longer to make, which I don't mind.

If you love supporting small businesses and finding quite places to study, this is the place for you. The atmosphere is peaceful and delightful to get work done. There was even a little sign outside that said Good luck to everyone on exams, which was so cute. This place is very much intended for high school and college students to do assignments. I just would not come back since the menu isn't THAT good to come back again.“
