“First time trying Crimson Coward and was a bit hesitant due to the higher than average costs for Hot Chicken... but let me tell you... they're chicken is ON POINT!

The chicken is super tender, fresh, crispy, and best of all - HALAL... the breading is probably the best I've had of all the hot chicken places I've tried. I tried the Medium spice level and it was perfect for me. It had the perfect heat level / kick and with their tasty ranch, it was perfect!

But the best part of my meal here was the excellent service I received from the 2 guys working, Jeremiah and Angel... these guys know how to treat customers, especially when it's your first time. Gave me the perfect recommendation and went above and beyond to make sure my first-time experience was nothing short of amazing. Well done, fellas. Thank you. It will be hard to eat at Dave's after trying this spot. The chicken is chef's kiss 👨‍🍳 🤌💋

If you find yourself in Cali you need to make it a point to go.

Staff is always friendly, explain anything you may have a question on. Service is fast and the food is always on point.

Took my husband here as he has never been he ate all of the food I posted on this post, and hes very very picky.

The food is great, we weren’t a fan of the mac and cheese it wasn’t bad it just wasn’t a fan favorite of ours.

Great job, this is my favorite location it is downtown LBC by the queen Mary.

Chicken is juicy, tasty, succulent and crunchy! The cornbread, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, was great. The hot sauce is great, we even bought one to go. The lemonade is freshly squeezed and tasty.

“I just cleaned up a chunky monkey bowl 😆 and I have no shame in it (lol). I loved this treat for my breakfast today and I would do it again! I read past reviews and I have to say, just come in and appreciate the list of goodies provided. I'll be honest, I got lazy to make anything at home, but I do appreciate this place for existing around the corner to help me make a better choice for breakfast. “There is plenty of parking in the lot. I ordered the fish and shrimp combo and it was crispy and tender at the same time. I mixed the hot sauce with the tartar sauce and went wild. I got the gumbo and it was pretty good but I added sausage and some mole negro and it became amazing. Prices are very reasonable. Service is pretty quick considering that everything is made to order. They let me substitute coleslaw for the fries“

I didn’t like my first drink and I asked if they could add more syrup since I couldn’t taste the toffee but they didn’t have anymore so they offered me a different drink instead. The second drink was definitely more flavorful.

They bring the drinks and food to your table, which I am not used when it comes to coffee shops so that’s definitely a nice touch.

Beware, the bathroom towel dispenser is a little loud. Not sure if that’s fixed or not but it sounded like someone was screaming 🤣. I found it funny personally so that’s doesn’t affect my rating but if you’re sensitive to loud sounds - it might be overwhelming.

If I’m not mistaken - the back of the receipt has the wifi info so you don’t need to ask about it. I didn’t test it out though so I could be mistaken.“
