“Five stars for Los Alamitos Donuts! This is by far my all-time favorite donut shop in the area. I’ve made it a habit to come here, and we’ve even built a holiday donut tradition—they nail fun themes and sprinkles every season.

The staff are friendly and incredibly quick, and the selection is fantastic—from bear claws and donut holes to old fashions and my absolute favorite, the devil’s food frosted donut. The coffee is solid, and there are good drink options to pair with your sweets.

Not a lot of indoor seating, but that just adds to the classic neighborhood donut shop vibe that reminds me of my grandpa who loved reading the paper while enjoying his favorite donut 🍩.

If you’re in the area, definitely give them a visit. They take both cash and card, which is convenient. This is my chosen local donut shop“

“This use to be just an average donut shop but that has changed since my last review. They do custom Donuts now so that cool. Not my favorite old fashioned donuts but good enough. Staff are friendly and helpful. The parking is easy. There is limited seat inside.They now accept credit and apple/Google pay! Huge plus“

“The classic California donut is something that isn't talked about as much as it needs to be. The traditional glazed donuts, a random sandwich menu, the odd bubble tea and fruit smoothies to accompany. The little shops are everywhere, all mom and pop owned- though the recipe through and through seem similar, Donut House has been our best find yet. Consistency being a major play, that and the price! Our go-to order has been their Croissant Sausage and Egg Breakfast Sausage- with an added bacon to each order. This grand breakfast will run you $11 - but it's big enough to share, or save for later. The parking lot is tiny, but turn around is pretty quick! They make this fresh to order so I'd make an order for pick up! Service has always been friendly and quick. We've taken plenty of these sandwiches for picnics! Definitely recommend“

“I've been coming into this shop for over 10 years and have seen great changes. One thing that has been consistent is the small business, but the owner make you feel like you're important. Whether its a cup of coffee, a dozen donut holes, or a large order for the office, every customer is treated with care. “Jean Donuts is a 1000% way to support small businesses than large retail donut chains like Krispy Kreme. The donuts were not too sweet, just perfectly sweet and glazed on top. Moisture of the bread was spot on, and the fruit flavor of the blueberry donut appears to be the main winner. Donuts are very budget friendly $1.99 per donut. The couple who helped me out were the sweetest, and provided wonderful service, especially at 5:30am with that many donuts. They knew their regulars by name, and it was a very wonderful experience.“

Such a great experience this morning! Even though it was raining and I was in a bit of a rush, the whole family working there was incredibly kind and helpful. Everyone jumped in to help, answered questions patiently, and made the process smooth.
They even helped with change for a large bill and offered alternative payment options, which I really appreciated. The donuts are delicious, and they warmed up the croissant without me even asking — a nice touch. Everything tasted fresh and comforting, exactly what I needed before a busy workday.

“I grew up in the apartment complex next door. I moved to AZ with family and have been ABSOLUTELY HAUNTED by memories of Heidi's ham and cheese croissants. (I had no idea how lucky I was then because in Arizona this dish is almost impossible to find) Now when my mom travels out to visit my brother she stocks up on as many as she can. (they freeze and reheat really well!) Food isn't an easy thing especially for autistic folks, but this donut shop does it right! <3

“Decided to check this place out early morning and there was already a line at 6:20 on a Saturday. Have not tried the donuts yet but they look amazing. I also got the roast beef sandwich on croissant and she asked me if I wanted jalapeños which, of course I did. The best part is I was going to put the dozen donuts in my car and before I can even get out the door, she already have my sandwich ready. It definitely has that old-school feeling and the sandwich was on point. Next time I am in Anaheim. It’s a must to hit this place again. Walked out spending $27 on a bakers dozen which is 13 donuts and a roast beef sandwich. Absolutely amazing and the people are fantastic so inviting.“
