“I've eaten a lot of donuts, but never any better than at Foster's. The maple and chocolate bars are especially good. I always get a wide variety and every item is delicious. The service is great and the prices are unbeatable!“

“I stopped by this donut place the other morning and it honestly made my day. The moment I walked in, the smell of fresh donuts filled the whole shop. You could tell everything was made fresh because the trays were constantly being restocked.

I ordered a glazed donut and a cup of coffee, and the donut was warm, soft, and perfectly sweet. The glaze had that light crisp on the outside but melted as soon as I took a bite. It paired perfectly with the coffee.

The staff were really friendly too. They greeted everyone who walked in and made the place feel welcoming. It’s one of those simple spots that reminds you how good a fresh donut and good service can be. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m craving something sweet.“

“So, I have been chasing the dragon ever since my favorite donut place closed during the pandemic/immediate aftermath. I have tried a LOT of donut shops. This quaint little shop is the real deal. The person serving the donuts (the owner?) was friendly and genuine. I didn't feel rushed in any way. The donuts.... Soft, perfectly flavored donuts, which are sweet enough but not gooey and nasty. I have found a new favorite donut shop. $15 a dozen is a good price for the Quality of these donuts. Yum!“

“So went totally off of the Internet recommendations and Reddit and it did not disappoint! Probably my favourite donuts in long beach area so far! We got a couple of glazed, original, munchkins, apple fritters and twists. The lady behind the counter was super nice (Simone?) and gave us an extra to try! Every one of the donuts was so light and just the right amount of sweet! Also try the cronuts they were delicious!

This donut shop has everything one could ask for, delicious fresh donuts, kind staff, cleanliness and a classic donut shop feel. I love the nostalgia of a place like this and when coupled with great donuts and friendly service. We tried one of their fluffy glazed to start, Apple fritters, and sour cream old fashioned. “My spouse and I come here at least once a week. We really enjoy the sandwiches and the iced coffee (strong and sweet, just how I like it). They stuff the sandwiches with lots of ingredients but will leave off any ingredient that you want and even give you pickled peppers on the side. We don't understand why anyone would even go to the Dunkin down the way when you can go to this place. The donuts are big and fresh here. They have such a variety of food and drinks (like fresh juices) that I'm amazed every time. If you think you won't find something you'll like, go in and at least see the menus on the wall.“

“KD's is a great, family-owned local donut shop that has been around for decades. I've been coming here regularly for the past year. They offer a variety of items for breakfast and lunch. From classic donuts to a few fancy options, all made fresh daily, and that's just half of what they offer.

Sometimes, I'll grab a quick donut (or two) and coffee; other times, I'll get a breakfast croissant sandwich. Everything is fresh, and the sandwiches are made to order. Bottled drinks, smoothies, teas, juices, and more are also available.

The owner and staff are friendly, and I've noticed that many long-time locals always come in. The little shop is well-organized and clean. The man who helped me last time fulfilled my request to have the drink extra blended (sometimes the ice is too chunky to drink through a straw when it's not blended enough). Very interesting process of making them and fun names : original sin, hot single, PB cup, Hail Mary and lilikoi.
You can get an assortment box from 4 pieces to a dozen.
Friendly and patient service: it's not easy deciding which one to NOT get.
Also got iced Hawaiian vanilla latte and and iced Hawaiian chocolate drink.
One bathroom but no changing table for infants or toddlers.
Lot of merchandise including coffee beans and shirts, bags, mugs, hats etc...
Open air seating but our group took up the one long table (10 adults).
Many more stools available.
I really enjoyed the lilikoi or passion fruit donut.
You can get a pack of donut holes dipped in one flavor I suppose.“
