“This was such a cool spot! My husband and I were spending the weekend in Solvang, and our Uber driver highly recommended this place- so glad we followed her recommendation. The cafe has a very unique chic-earthy vibe, the guy at the register (possibly owner?) was super helpful with menu decisions, and the food we got was absolutely delicious. My husband got the classic bacon and egg bagel sandwich, which was exceptional. I got the birria and egg bagel, which was this amazing combination of flavors that I’d never experienced before and that worked together perfectly. And it was only maybe a 6-minute drive from Solvang. 10/10, I would go out of my way to go here again if I was anywhere near the area.“
