I’ve seen such an incredible improvement since the new general manager came in. I honestly haven’t seen Flatbread flourish like this in a long time. The staff is attentive, professional, and the restaurant no longer feels understaffed.

The Warm Spring Salad and flatbreads are must-tries, with options for vegan meat and cheese alternatives. The pizzas are fantastic.
