Sausage is seasoned very strong. Food was okay. The portion of my avocado toast was very small compared to Bob’s Well Bread. For a difference of a couple bucks, I’d just go next door. Service was good.
Great little place in Los Alamos. Fun to visit with great folks and food.
Stopped of 101 great spot for breakfast. Great service and food, will stop in again.
Great breakfast meals my favorite short rib hash
The staff are nice and cleanest bathroom off 101 around here in my opinion. The food was delicious and fresh. I added fresh bacon and avocado to the hamburger.
This is such a nice inviting place to eat where I felt like family when I was there for the 2 times I had the privilege of eating there. The service was outstanding, and the food was excellent. I would definitely recommend them and will be stopping by next time I'm in the area. Even if it's 30 minutes out of the way. Thanks for the great experience.
Plenty on Bell, formerly Café Quackenbush is one of my all time favorites. I use to live in Los Alamos and it was a staple for me. Jasper, chef/owner is an amazing chef and a remarkable human. The food never disappoints. I have been visiting CA for almost 2 months and have eaten here often. I love the burger, the BLT, Mary’s chicken salad, the seared tuna, the short ribs, the coleslaw, and the carrot cake. Plenty on Bell is a must visit.
Good food. Dining room was full of friendly regulars

I recently visited Plenty on Bell and it instantly became my new favorite spot! The ambience and atmosphere were absolutely lovely, especially sitting in their beautiful garden patio. It felt like a serene little getaway. I started with a mimosa, and it was divine—perfectly refreshing.
The service was superb—my waitress was so personable and truly a delight. She made me feel right at home. As for the food, I ordered the short rib hash prepared by Jesper, and it was simply out of this world! Every bite was flavorful and cooked to perfection.
This place is truly a hidden gem. If you’re in the area, you absolutely have to check it out. I know I’ll be back soon!
