28 Wishes Ice Cream Shop offers a delightful selection of creamy, flavorful ice creams made with real ingredients. Popular flavors include Vietnamese coffee, matcha Oreo, Ube, Cookie Monster, and Shirley Temple, all praised for their taste and quality. The Cookie Butter is especially highly recommended. The shop provides friendly service in a clean, welcoming environment, though there is no indoor seating and limited outdoor space. Customers appreciate the variety of flavors, with some purchasing pints to enjoy at home. The shop also offers a military discount with ID. Located in a less touristy area, parking is available on the street or in paid lots nearby. Overall, a great spot for ice cream lovers seeking tasty treats.
