What a wonderful experience at Aizen Udon in Little Tokyo, LA. The food was visually beautiful and the taste was even better. Our server Soma was very knowledgeable about the food and is a Sake Master. A must place to eat when visiting LA! Well done
Good services and good foods!
Broth is subtle yet deep flavor. Slightly weaker and more natural flavor than a typical udon broth we know. Appetizers are cute and small-portions. Coming back for sure to try other menu.
