I took her beginning and advanced classes. Learned a lot of techniques in both classes and I’ve been in the food industry for ten years. Very hands on and easy to follow directions are given. Everything you need for the class is a good investment!
I took the Italian merengue buttercream class today. It was amazing! I learned so much. Chef Susan, is very knowledgeable, very good instructor and her facility is comfortable and beautiful! I can’t wait to take the cake numbers and buttercream class.
