Got a cappuccino blast and they didn't blend my drink well was filled with big pieces of ice and taste water down, they need new blenders. Ice cream was good.

This is the worst quality I have ever experienced when it comes to Baskin Robbins. Don't waste your time. These people are clearly angry that they work at an ice cream shop.

[Update '24] Got a picture cake this year and I don't know how often they get these orders but they did a great job. Confetti cake is the best for ice cream cakes (IMO)

Came In here at 9:35 when they close at 10pm!!! Immediately was told that is was ice cream only when I ordered a frappe… okay sure . As I thought it over one of the employees started to turn off some of the lights into the store signaling me to leave, they were also cleaning super early which I understand they just want to leave but when I ordered a sundae ( ice cream in a cup) I was told the sundae machine is down (there is no sundae machine) they are just being lazy and don’t wanna work anymore, please reconsider your employees or closing crew as they don’t want to work or make any more sales after 9:30! 30 minutes till closing!!!!
