Came to buy my sons bday cake and since his autistic and wanted a colorful one I FaceTimed him so he could choose. Jazmine helped me with placing the order but since I took a lil longer choosing while she was trying to decorate another cake she seemed bothered when checking me out so I felt weirded out got my cake and left when I got home I realized she didn’t even offer to write anything on it I had to go back to ask for the writing what a unpleasant experience buying something for my lil ones special day.

Asked if they had any coconut flavors while looking at the fridges, redhead said no. When you get to the ice cream display you can see there’s TWO coconut flavors. And the screens advertise that you can freshly pack quarts. So??? So nice to have great help from staff -_-

Got a cappuccino blast and they didn't blend my drink well was filled with big pieces of ice and taste water down, they need new blenders. Ice cream was good.

This is the worst quality I have ever experienced when it comes to Baskin Robbins. Don't waste your time. These people are clearly angry that they work at an ice cream shop.

[Update '24] Got a picture cake this year and I don't know how often they get these orders but they did a great job. Confetti cake is the best for ice cream cakes (IMO)
