It's run down and the guy behind the counter needs a lesson in manners.
Disappointing experience. The employee behind the counter was impatient and dismissive toward an elderly customer who seemed to need a little extra assistance, which showed a lack of customer service.
My order was also wrong, and when I mentioned I received the wrong item there was no care, concern, or apology offered to fix it. The strawberry banana milkshake was watered down, the iced coffee tasted more like caramel than coffee, and the place also appeared unsanitary. The...read full review
