We were invited to a family gathering and Birrieria La Línea was the caterer. They had Birria Tacos which they looked good and everyone was raving about them. I’m a little old fashioned and wanted to try how a Birria should really be served, on a bowl with meat and broth. It was delicious!!! Everything about it was just exquisite!
