Delicious and huge size! An in between texture of Hawaiian shaved ice and Asian/Korean shaved ice. Super friendly staff hooked it up with the toppings and condensed milk. I'll be back!
Cute little spot, a nice variety of options, they serve all the little extras I like boba, jelly, pudding and such. The flavors were good and not too sweet, the staff is patient, knowledgeable and kind. Usually A short wait time for your goodies. Surprisingly they had the most delicious Ube brownie I have ever tasted, forgot to take a picture but trust me it was divine. Plenty and easy parking too.

This location was clean fast and friendly. Stopped by after a facial near by. The Frapp was delicious not too sweet and perfect for a hot day. We also got a Jasmine milk tea Boba. The mocha frapp was definitely the winner.
